Glasgow Restaurants Now Taking Bookings!
26.04.21 – Mark the date in your diary!
As part of the Scottish government’s easing of restrictions, restaurants, cafés and beer gardens will be allowed to reopen from April 26.
To begin with, hospitality venues will only be able to serve booze outdoors. While that means you can expect the odd raindrop to land in your pitcher of Kamikaze, the outdoor curfew extends to 10pm and the substantial meal rule has been dropped completely.
Indoor dining will close at 8pm and only non-alcoholic drinks can be served.
But… liquid lunches, boozy brunches and after-work pints are all back in the mix!
It’s been a horrendous year for Glasgow’s hospitality sector – so, if you can, get out and support your local restaurants, cafés and bars. Be sure to bookmark this list and give it a quick scan before choosing where to make reservations.
It’s time, once again, to make the most of this great wee city that you get to call home.
Any local restaurants that want to be added to the list can simply send an email to hello@iloveglasgow.com.
