Platform at Argyle Street Arches

Ten of Scotland’s best independent street food traders will be setting up each weekend, slap-bang in the centre of Glasgow. Bringing a new lease of life into the famous Argyle Street Arches, Platform will offer a fiercely independent alternative to generic, mass produced food outlets.

The industrial venue is comprised of a series of adjoining arches, which is part of the substructure of Glasgow’s Central Station. Soon to be filled with tasty food vendors!

Platform at Argyle Street Arches Launch

All traders use locally sourced, sustainable, fair trade and free range produce. Meaning their food is a whole lots tastier than the mass produced junk the big chains are offering up.

Everything is available to either sit-in or take-away, so even if you’re in a hurry you can still enjoy what’s on offer at Platform.

All food traders have been chosen for their creativity and flair, whilst children’s portions will be available at a reduced price. There really is something for everyone at Platform, so get along to their launch this Saturday and show you support.

Entry is free and you can Follow Platform on Facebook to find out more.
