Restaurant openings in Glasgow just don’t seem to be slowing down and ain’t nobody got time to keep on top of what’s what. Except us, that is. So behold, our wine-dine-and-indulge list – a guide to Glasgow’s best restaurants.

It’s an exciting time on the Glasgow foodie scene and we hope The Glasgow Restaurant Bible helps you find your dining nirvana, in our little corner of the culinary globe. From shellfish and seafood, to highland game and the best goddamn beef on earth… you’re in for a treat if you embark on a foodie quest around Glasgow.

Here it is, a definitive list of Glasgow’s brightest and best restaurants. The rules are simple, The Old Testament is for eateries that have been open for more than 5 years (pretty damn long in the restaurant game), and The New Testament is for the young guns making waves in our city.

We’ll be updating The Glasgow Restaurant Bible regularly with anywhere that deserves a spot on the list, whilst heartlessly culling those places that may have lost their spark. Don’t forget to hit us up with any recommendations of places we may have missed thus far.
